MCD is one of the UK’s most experienced providers of Primary Care Centres creating modern, sustainable premises for healthcare professionals. However in competitive pitch situations they realised that their brand image, website, and brochure did not convey their status and capabilities and was letting them down.
Cogent Design was appointed to relaunch the brand and to help clarify MCD’s offer. We worked closely with the directors to identify the four key customer drivers when appointing a health centre developer:
- Health outcomes
- Working environment
- Succession & equity release
- Long-term relationships
This enabled us to make the messaging relevant, clear and consistent across all media
The home page of the website promotes MCD’s offer very simply and encourages drill down into the main the topics on the second level. Other pages feature interactive maps and portfolio slide shows.
