Who they are
MCD is one of the UK’s most experienced providers of Primary Care Centres creating modern, sustainable premises for healthcare professionals.
What they wanted to do
- MCD needed to gain more new business enquires and to compete more effectively in pitch situations
- Because MCD operates in two locations, Scotland and the rest of the UK, they wanted to emphasise the advantage of their local service by having marketing material tailored to the regions.

What we did
- Cogent advised MCD to base their messaging on the value added benefits they offer clients and to back these up with case studies and testimonials
- We identified MCD’s key benefits and then we interviewed existing clients and wrote case studies supporting this
- Cogent then designed and produced a new identity with regional variations and two versions of the corporate brochure plus a single website
